I'm a senior at Michigan State Universitygo green studying journalism with a minor in entrepreneurship and innovation. Through my agency, AVUSENcheck out the site, I help businesses build their digital presence through UI/UX design, AI-directed web development, and brand strategy. I also write for The State Newssnews4life, where I cover startups, local business, and innovation.

Design and storytelling run on the same logic. Both are about understanding your audience, stripping out what doesn't matter, and presenting things in a way that clicks. Whether I'm building a website with AI tooling or writing about a startup, I'm asking the same question: what's the story here, and how do I make someone actually engage with it?

Working across mediums is what makes it click for me. Journalism taught me how to research, structure, and communicate. Design taught me how to think about users. Now I'm combining both with AI tools to build things faster and more intentionally than either could alone.
